A friendly and positive appearance of our staff the patient is opposed to our hearts. Disgruntled, impatient or rude nurses burden the patient and have no place in our ranks!

Continuity

”My Caregiver”

A caregiver who is familiar with the personal and nursing needs of a particular patient is not easy to replace. Therefore, we strive for continuity of care that allows us to treat patients almost always by the same caregiver.
If a change should become necessary (eg due to holidays), the substitute caregiver is presented to the patient by his known caregiver, and pointed out all the specifics of care required.

Information / Advice

”Just as I had imagined!”

The patient must be informed of all services provided by the nursing staff, as well as the prescribed or agreed services. Careful counseling must precede in order to guarantee the optimal operation of each care. This applies equally to the relatives of patients, who in cases of reduced perception ability of the patient to decide on this.

The patient may also need information and advice in other areas of daily life. We want to provide the best knowledge and conscience available.

Reliability

We are there for you.

Compliance with the agreed care services and dates is very important to us. Nevertheless, patients may in real or even perceived emergency situations can not be left to their own, but have to be looked up to resolve the situation.

For emergencies the care service may be called at any hour - the patient is able to reach us any day, hours a day at the provided phone number.

The patient comes first!

Agreed periods of care represent a safety for the patient and have to be, as far as possible, respected. The Nursing must therefore take appropriate organizational measures to ensure the utmost punctuality.

In case of delay, the patient is informed of this by telephone, and the time of arrival of the caregiver.

Craftsmanship / conscientiousness

“They care of me properly.”

A conscientious, professional care is our top priority. Professionally trained staff takes care of the needs of the patient. Neatness and care are just as natural as the consideration of the individual situation and the monitoring of irregularities.

If the incidence of special circumstances exceeds the competence of the caregiver, immediate multidisciplinary services will be availed (doctors, hospitals, etc.).

Confidentiality

Patients must be able to trust us!

We seriously care about confidentiality: no information regarding the patient will be disclosed without its express permission.

Computerized patient data is stored securely, so that they are protected against unauthorized access. Entrusted house keys are provided with the names and numbers of the computerized patient and kept in a secure cabinet.
In case of an unexpected hospitalization, the keys will be handed out to people familiar to the patient - fact that will be  documented separately.

Respecting the individual wishes

We are not all the same!

Each patient has individual needs and desires. That's why we do everything we can to address these. For example, to provide a male caregiver to a male patient, as well as female nurse to a female - on request.

Should there arise an antipathy between patient and caregiver, the caregiver will be replaced by an appropriate and convening caregiver.

Even the personal environment of the patient, as well as its domestic care are close to us. So we respond flexibly to desired date changes to provide the patient with assistance in the household.
